The BAR has arrived!!!!
Today we installed the bar, a collaborative work of art by Darin Kean and his crew (Above and Beyond Construction). It’s made from “re-purposed” antique barn wood and it will soon have a limestone top. In the kitchen, our new hood was installed yesterday and our major kitchen equipment was delivered, including two new stoves and a “mondo” icemaker. On the beer front, we kegged an IPA today and prepared for tomorrow’s brewing session. LIFE IS GOOD at Big Woods!!!!
