Who is Ian McCabe???
Ian McCabe is the Big Woods’ utility man, a jack of many trades who vacillates between hubris and melancholy….server par excellence, brewer’s assistant, resident comedian…when he’s not working for Big Woods, he can most often be found performing in regional theaters from South Carolina to New Mexico. A would-be lyricist, his biggest BW contribution to date is this bar ditty, sung to the tune of ‘Amazing Grace’:
