Big Woods News FLASH!!! Expansion Underway!!!
Great news for Big Woods Quaffers! We broke ground for our BREW HOUSE expansion this weekend. John Simpson and his crew are preparing the site for Doug and Ian Miller who will pour the foundation. We are building a dedicated brewhouse on the north side of our kitchen, which will allow us to upgrade our brewing equipment and capacity. Thomas Thompson (member of our original timberframe crew) is leading the construction effort. Once the project is complete we will be able to be open 7 days a week and we will have MORE BEER available for our loyal QUAFFERS. We will keep you updated with pictures etc as we make progress.
