The Brew Crew (Ed, Jeff, Tim and Thomas) ventured forth this week, through Illinois, Iowa and Wisconsin and returned with a new 4 barrel brew system for Brewery II. The new system features a steam powered boil kettle and an over-sized mash tun. Look forward to scheduled brewery tours beginning on St Patrick’s Day!!!! QUAFF ON
